Never Quit!

I had only met her once. She and her husband came to our farm several years ago with their three young boys. She had a beautiful smile, and a love for her family was evident. Tim had went to school with her husband... grew up with him... always has been a super great guy he said.
In 2008 she found out she had breast cancer. She faced many battles with this devastating illness. In November of 2010 at the "way to young" age of 39 she left the battlefield to go to her resting field.
She had been keeping a Caring Bridge journal to update family and friends on her illness. When she was too sick to journal, her husband began writing for her. He continues to write to this day and leaves encouraging words and thoughts. It is amazing the strength God has given him during this incredibly difficult time.
I have their Christmas card from 2009 on my refrigerator to remind me of how fragile life is and how it can change so quickly.
Their families motto is "Never Quit"!
I encourage you to read their journal
Although their story is very heartbreaking, you can feel and see God moving in their lives. No matter what circumstances come our way we must "Never Quit" believing, hoping, loving, sharing, caring and trusting in God!
