Another Blessed Day... Update about Monday!

How would you like to have the job of washing these windows...
see the workers at the very top!
Glad to have some time with Abe...
Levi would not get near him...
it scared him to "deaf" as he says!

This handsome young man enjoyed his boat ride!
Our hotel in the background!

Levi calmed down and relaxed on the ride!

Old Town Alexandria... so quaint...
they were looking for the nearest Bass Pro Shop
instead of antique shop!

After we gathered our nerve to take on the city life again after Levi's excitement... we headed back to the water to sail over to Old Town Alexandria. What a beautiful place... just wish I had some of my lady friends with me to enjoy the antique shops and cafes. The country boys just could not handle too much of that good thing. Guy would have hung in there, but was ruled out by the other machos! We did not have much time there and thank God for the free trolley ride that rode up and down King Street. It began to pour down rain so we enjoyed the town scenery in shelter. It was really a town I could have spent the whole day in!

We arrived back on land safely at the Harbour and headed out for the evening at the Air and Space Museum... Modern Woodmen had the whole place rented out with food everywhere. Guy loved the simulators and stayed on them the whole evening. Levi and I waited in a balloon line for 30 minutes to have a wild teradoctal (I know this is not spelled right!) dinosaur made. It was huge and will post pics of this crazy thing later. Funny thing is after all that waiting... first thing he wanted to do when we got to the room was kill the poor air inflated monster with daddy's pocket knife... go figure! I made him stop because it sounded like gun shots going off in our room. We did not need any more firetrucks and ambulances to appear in this area on our behalf... will post pics of that the know dead dino later!
Praying for another good and safe day in DC... headed to the History Museum, Holocaust Museum, White House and anything else we can smash in!!! After having a $50 breakfast for just myself and the boys... Tim opted to eat peanut butter, apples and granola in the room... we should be good to go!
